Due to the custom nature of these products, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Unless your product was damaged.
If your product was damaged I will gladly give you a free painting
Please double check your addresses before making a purchase, I am not responsible for your order being sent to the wrong place. I am also not responsible for your order being "stolen" off your porch, mailbox, etc.
I apologize for the inconvenience!
If I am dropping off a local order it is your responsibility to answer the door(if you are paying with cash). If you do not answer, you will be responsible for an extra $10 fee and will need to pick up the painting.
If your order is sent back to me because you provided the wrong shipping address/ an incomplete address, you will be responsible for that additional shipping fee and must pay for it before I send the painting back to you with the correct address.
Order Policy
Please Read: If you do not respond to my messages or continue to leave me on seen for more then 2 days I will move onto the next customer and you will be placed on my waiting list. By communicating with me it helps me understand your needs and wants as my customer. If you decide to not answer my questions It will be harder to give you quality products. Please be respectful to the the other customers waiting patiently and my personal priorities as I am sure to schedule accordingly and will not wait hours at ends for a response.

Your order will then be verified and processed. After verifying your order you will then get a message indicating my payment information that you have chosen.
